1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and 206pub ("206pub," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 206pub platform, website located at 206pub.vip, and all related services, game content, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating a 206pub account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, or otherwise using any service provided by 206pub, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform and close your account.

206pub reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Where material changes are made, 206pub will endeavor to notify registered users via the email address on file. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. You are responsible for reviewing this page regularly to remain informed of any changes.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain a 206pub account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The legal minimum age for participation in casino-style online gaming in the Philippines is 21 years, in accordance with the standards set by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).

206pub reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Providing false information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the betting and gaming services on 206pub, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if any detail changes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) 206pub account. Creating duplicate, additional, or linked accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, 206pub reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close those accounts and void any associated bonuses.

3.3 Account Credentials

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by 206pub on a 24/7 basis. Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–3 business hours. 206pub may delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or in cases where fraud screening is triggered.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on 206pub are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in foreign currency will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. 206pub is not liable for any losses arising from currency conversion.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by 206pub are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer. By claiming or accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with the relevant bonus terms in addition to these general Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. Before any bonus-derived winnings can be transferred to your withdrawable balance, the applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 20×) must be fulfilled. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, unless otherwise stated. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

5.4 Expiry

Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements carry an expiry period specified in the individual promotion. Unused bonus balances and unmet wagering progress will be forfeited upon expiry without compensation.

6 Game Rules and Fairness

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on 206pub is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game's specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to that game's play mechanics.

6.2 Random Number Generation

6.3 Malfunction Policy

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 206pub. Violation may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities:

• Creating more than one account, or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account policy

• Engaging in charge-back fraud or disputing legitimate transactions with payment providers

8 Responsible Gaming

206pub is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and minimizing the risk of problem gambling among its users. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a financial strategy or a coping mechanism for stress, anxiety, or personal difficulties.

8.1 Self-Limitation Tools

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability

206pub does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, server upgrades, third-party outages, and unforeseen technical events may result in temporary unavailability. 206pub shall not be liable for any losses, including loss of winnings, arising from Platform downtime or interruption.

10.2 Cap on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 206pub's total liability to any user for any claim arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Exclusion of Consequential Losses

206pub shall not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — even if 206pub has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.4 Third-Party Services

206pub is not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, or failures of third-party payment processors, game providers, internet service providers, mobile network operators, or any other third party involved in providing services connected to the Platform.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, storage, use, and disclosure of personal data provided to 206pub is governed by the 206pub Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the 206pub Privacy Policy.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

12.1 Suspension by 206pub

206pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: these Terms have been violated; fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected; regulatory or legal requirements necessitate such action; or the account holder is found to be ineligible.

12.2 Account Closure by User

You may close your 206pub account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your verified payment method. Accounts with outstanding active bonuses subject to wagering requirements will have those bonuses forfeited upon closure.

12.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. 206pub may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts with a remaining balance, as specified in the account settings notification sent prior to dormancy classification. You may reactivate your account by logging in and verifying your identity.

12.4 Fund Return on Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by you or by 206pub — any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus play not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your use of the 206pub Platform, or any transaction conducted thereon, you agree to first contact 206pub's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. 206pub will endeavor to respond to and resolve all disputes within five (5) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. For regulated gaming disputes, players may also seek recourse through PAGCOR's established dispute resolution mechanisms.

13.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of one provision does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
